On-site services are available for workplaces, residential communities, gyms, organizations, and events.
Group and event pricing is customized based on the services requested, number of participants, location, and length of the event.
New Patient Visit | $125
Includes consultation, examination, chiropractic treatment (when appropriate), and personalized treatment recommendations.
Follow-Up Visit | $75
Includes:
Progress assessment
Chiropractic treatment
Exercise and self-care recommendations as needed
Acupuncture
Initial Acupuncture Visit | $95
Includes consultation, evaluation, and individualized acupuncture treatment when clinically appropriate.
Follow-up Acupuncture Visit | $75
Includes progress assessment and acupuncture treatment based on your individual treatment plan.
Initial Chiropractic + Acupuncture Visit | $175
Includes a new-patient consultation, chiropractic examination, chiropractic treatment, and individualized acupuncture treatment when clinically appropriate.
Chiropractic + Acupuncture | $125
Combined chiropractic and acupuncture treatment during the same visit when clinically appropriate.
FAA BasicMed Exams
Includes completion of the physician portion of the FAA Comprehensive Medical Examination Checklist following the required examination.
Patients must complete the required portions of the FAA checklist prior to the appointment.

Optimum Care Chiropractic is a cash-based mobile practice. This allows us to provide personalized care without insurance restrictions. A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
